Description

Prerequisite: Placement test
This workshop course is linked to a section of English Composition I for the purpose of providing additional contact time and support for writing. The coursework supports the assignments given in the linked English 101, focusing on process of writing, such as paragraph development and organization. The course allows students to practice the multi-stage writing process without plagiarizing through scaffolded assignments. This course does not satisfy any degree requirements.
