Description
This course is designed for students who have a low-advanced reading and writing ability in English. Students will learn to write compound and complex sentences using appropriate connectors and punctuation, within the structure of several types of well developed paragraphs. Students will also read a variety of advanced-level materials, with an emphasis on increasing vocabulary, summarizing information, and distinguishing between main ideas and supporting details. This course does not satisfy degree requirements.
