PREREQUISITE: ENG101In this course students will explore a variety of theories and practices relative to the question of conduct and moral judgment, including utilitarianism, hedonism, and Marxism. Students will consider their own system of ethics and morals as they discuss such current topics as racism, disciplining children, abortion, capital punishment, sex, and world hunger.
