Description
This one credit course, required of all returning students, will provide students with information about the academic and student support services available at RCC. The course is designed to promote awareness of issues critical to student success within and beyond Roxbury Community College. This course will emphasize the importance of educational, financial and career planning as an integral part of the college experience. Prerequisite: ESL 033 (Level C) or concurrent.
Note: The College Survival Seminar will no longer be offered after Spring 2010. Although we strongly recommend that returning students take the College Experience course, returning students may elect to take the Seminar. Returning Students who have not fulfilled the College Survival Seminar requirement by Summer 2010 will be required to take the College Experience course beginning Fall 2010.
