Description

This course provides the clinical experience for the mental health portion of Nursing in Health and Illness II. Students focus on health promotion and therapeutic nursing interventions for clients with mental health problems. Students demonstrate critical thinking skills utilized in nursing practice. This course includes hospital/health care facilities/community experiences, selected observations, and use of the computer lab.
