In this course the students will learn some of the most important topics about Windows 2000 Professional/XP, including customizing Windows 2000/XP, implementing shortcut strategies, using OLE technologies, utilizing Windows 2000/XP Web technology, backing up a hard disk, safeguarding your computer, evaluating system performance, opening DOS sessions, installing software, installing and troubleshooting hardware, and exploring the Windows Registry.
