Description
This comprehensive course includes55 hours of classroom instruction and 21 hours of clinical training at a long-term care facility. The program will introduce you to the clinical responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant. Topics covered include basic nursing concepts and principle, medical terminology and documentation, legal and ethical aspects of healthcare, patient rights and dignity. This program includes taking the Massachusetts Certified Nurse Assistant exam as a requisite for course completion.
