NUR 207 This capstone course discusses issues that will occur in your professional nursing practice. As you leave the world of the student and enter professional practice, there are challenges that you will face that may seem daunting. One of your major responsibilities will be the delegation of patient care to those who are working under your supervision. Other challenging questions will include ethical-legal concerns, the role of the associate degree nurse in the current health care system, developing your leadership style and professional self-development.
